For urgent PC deadlines, we can deploy a team within 24-48 hours across SEQ. For planned works, we typically start within 3-5 business days of confirmation.
Do your staff have the required site certifications?
Yes. All staff hold current White Cards (CPCCWHS1001), and we carry CSCS accreditation for commercial sites. We also complete your site-specific inductions before commencing work.
Can you work after hours or on weekends?
Absolutely. Most final cleans and defect rectifications are done outside normal work hours to avoid clashing with trades. We're available 7 days a week.
What's included in a 'Final Clean'?
A final clean includes all windows (internal and external where accessible), all horizontal surfaces wiped, floors mopped/vacuumed, joinery cleaned, bathroom fixtures polished, and a final walkthrough with your site supervisor.
