1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProSan Australia website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
ProSan Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 32 150 718 666) provides industrial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Food processing facility sanitation
- HVAC and duct cleaning
- Construction and post-build cleaning
- Silo and confined space cleaning
Specific service terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions discovered during service delivery. Any additional work required will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 2% per month.
5. Cancellation Policy
Scheduled services may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service value.
6. Safety and Site Access
Clients must provide safe access to work areas and disclose any known hazards. ProSan Australia reserves the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions are encountered, without liability for any delays caused.
7. Insurance and Liability
ProSan Australia maintains comprehensive public liability insurance ($20 million) and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided, except in cases of gross negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of ProSan Australia and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
